Cuban Coffee is all too rare in the UK as most of it is shipped to Japan, which means it must be good. Grown in the eastern highlands of the Sierra Maestra, this coffee is shade grown and fully washed to produce a coffee that you can pretty much do anything with, pour over a drip brew at about 12gms or serve as an espresso with a 28 second extraction.
