After negotiating a day of cupping with their cupping master, Miguel took us through cupping different coffees from the same farm, displaying so many different characters in just one area. At the end of the 2 days, he tore off the back of his cigarette package and wrote this espresso recipe down. (I think he took a bit of a shine to me!). This is that recipe and what all my Coffee Charisma customers drink day in day out. It performs best at pressure from an espresso machine. ITS TOTALLY UNIQUE!
