Everyone has a secret and this is mine.  It's "my way" of making a difference to the quality in the cup on a day to day basis, and over the course of the last 7 years, I really have learnt how to make top quality coffee in an extremely fast and exciting environment.

Every day I get up and open our doors to many hundreds of regular daily customers at 5.00am in the morning - this is my passion - this makes me proud to be in the coffee industry. Its not posh - but we do serve great coffee, at great speeds always making sure you get on your train.
